If you receive this error message when you start the app: "You have signed up for a CL Premium membership twice." It is likely because of one of the following situations.
- You have already signed up for a premium membership, but you paid using Apple to sign up for a premium membership with the same CL account.
- Using your AppleID, you have already signed up for a premium membership with CL account A, but you also signed up for a premium membership with CL account B.
If this is your situation, please follow the steps below to request a refund and cancel your subscription.
How to request a refund:
Refunds for payments made through Apple cannot be completed on CL due to Apple requirements. You have to go through the refund process through Apple yourself.

Cases like these often occur when you restart your subscription outside of the CL app.
If you are going to restart your subscription at the Apple store or through the settings on your iPhone, please be sure to check your CL Premium membership status before you do.
