A program's video quality settings can be configured from the Settings button on the page where you watch the program.
The default setting is "Automatic," which allows the program to be streamed at the optimal quality based on your Internet connection and device settings.
You may select any of the following options for the video quality.
- Automatic
- High quality
- Medium quality
- Low quality
Please note that even if you have selected "High quality", the program may be streamed at a lower quality when your Internet connection is unstable.
Please try the following if you encounter poor video quality.
On a mobile device:
- Connect to Wi-Fi
- Update the app to the latest version
- Restart the app
- Close other apps that are running
On a PC:
- Switch to a wired connection
- Restart the browser
- Close other apps that are running
