If you are not receiving notifications, please check the following.
- Check if you are logged in to the CL application.
- You must be following the member for whom you wish to receive notifications.
- Artist notifications must be set to "Receive" in the settings.
- Notifications must be enabled in the device's notification settings.
- The device must be connected to a network.
If the above does not solve the problem
- Log out of Mypage
- Log in again
or
- Log out from Mypage
- Uninstall the CL application
- Reinstall the CL application
- Log in again
After changing models, you may need to launch the app at least once in order to receive notifications.
