Pay-per-view (PPV) and rental programs can be purchased through the smartphone apps (iOS and Android) and PC web browsers. (they cannot be purchased through a smartphone web browser or television device.)
Also, please note that the way you purchase pay-per-view is different on the smartphone app and PC web browsers.
[How to purchase pay-per-view (PPV) and rental programs]
Smartphone App (iOS and Android):
- Log in on the CL app.
- Open the program you would like to purchase.
- Tap the "Purchase" or "Rent" button that appears at the bottom of the screen(This is where you will verify your email address if you are not a Premium or Premium PLUS member.).
*If you do not receive an email containing a verification code, please see here. - Confirm the program you would like to purchase and tap "Purchase" or "Rent".
If you do not have enough coins → please top up your coin balance and purchase your PPV or rental program again.

- Your purchase has been completed if you see the program listed there.
*[Coin Payment] is the only available purchase method if you are using the smartphone app.
*If you would like to see the coins you currently have, you can check by going to "My Page" and then "Manage Coins".
Precautions:
*The time period you can make purchases, when programs are no longer available to purchase, etc., will vary between each program. Check each program page for more details.
*We cannot offer cancellations, refunds, etc., after your purchase has been completed.
*If a user is under 20 years old, consent must be given by their parent or legal guardian before purchasing.
PC Web Browser:
- Log in from CL Web page (https://www.cl-live.com)
- Launch the program you wish to purchase.
- Tap the "Purchase" or "Rent" button that appears at the bottom of the screen.(If you are not a Premium or Premium PLUS member, you will be requested to verify your email address here.)*If you do not receive an email with the verification code, please check here.
- Confirm the programs you wish to purchase and select a payment method
For card payment, please enter the required information - Tap "Purchase" or "Rent"
- Tap "PPV Programs" or "Rental Programs" on My Page
- You have successfully purchased the program if it is reflected on this screen.
*If you are using a web browser on PC, the following purchase methods are available: card payments, mobile carrier payments, and coin payments.
*If you would like to see the coins you currently have, you can check by going to "My Page" and then "Manage Coins".
