You can change your password from "Account Information" found in the website/app menu.
[How to change your password on the web page]
- Tap/click the icon in the upper right corner of the CL top page screen, and go to "My Page"
- Tap/click "Account Information" in "My Page"
- Tap/click "Change" to the right of "Password" in "Account Info".
- Tap/click "Send" on the password reissue page to send the reissue email
- Tap/click "Reissue Password" on the password reissue email
- Enter your new password in the form that appears, and then tap/click "OK"
[How to change your password in the application]
- From the app's top page, tap "Mypage" in the lower right corner of the screen
- Tap/click on "Account Information" in "Mypage"
- Tap/click "Change" to the right of "Password" in "Account Info".
- Tap/click "Send" on the password reissue page to send the reissue email
- Tap/click "Reissue Password" on the password reissue email
- Enter your new password in the form that appears, and then tap/click "OK"
*The verification code will be applied to the most recent one sent to your email.
If you tap or click "Send" multiple times, the correct authentication code may not be applied.
*When you change your password, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered with CL.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, you will not be able to change your password.
*If you are not able to use your current email address due to a change in your phone model, etc., please change your email address first.
