If you do not see "Premium Plan" on the page, it may be due to either of the following two reasons.
【You are logged in with a different account from the one with which you registered for the Premium Plan.】
Tap the "Account Information" option located under "My Page," and then check to see whether you are logged in on the account that you used to subscribe to the Premium Plan.
If the plan is not that which you have signed up for, please log out of the account and try logging in again using the email address that you had previously registered with.
【Your payment has not been processed successfully.】
The payment for your subscription may not have been approved as a result of your contract with the payment gateway you are using.
Check "Plan Details" located under "My Page." If the plan differs from what you thought you had, then check and confirm the details of your agreement with the payment service provider first, and then from there we ask that you please try again.
*Due to card issuer rules, we are unable to process payments made using certain debit cards and prepaid cards.If we are unable to process your payment, please try using a different card or a different payment method.
*Customers who subscribe to the new povo 2.0 pricing plan cannot use au Kantan Kessai (Easy Payment) for combined payment with their telecommunications bills. If you are currently using au Kantan Kessai (Easy Payment) as your monthly payment method, and you try to change your plan to povo 2.0, then your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

【You resumed your Premium Plan subscription without using the CL app】
If you completed the subscription process for a Premium Plan at a store such as the iTunes Store (App Store), Google Play, etc., or if you completed the process using the settings on your device, then there is a possibility that the plan has not taken effect.
Check "Plan Details" located under "My Page." If the plan differs from what you thought you had, then tap the "Restore Purchased Plan" button located on the page.
