Customers who wish to cancel CL Premium or CL Premium PLUS subscriptions must make the change on the CL Web page.
If you wish to cancel your CL Premium or CL Premium PLUS subscription, please do it 24 hours before the subscription renewal date and time.
If you do so any later, you will be billed for the next subscription period.
Warning:
Uninstalling the application will not cancel your periodic subscription.
If you reset or change your device's model without going through the cancelation procedure, your subscription will continue.
[Canceling a CL Premium Subscription]

- Log into CL Web (https://www.cl-live.com/ )
- Click the "My Page" button on the top right corner of your screen
- Go to the "Plan Details" section on "My Page"
- Click "Manage Subscriptions" displayed in red text
- Click "Cancel Subscription" on the bottom of the "Manage Subscriptions" page
After canceling your CL Premium or CL Premium PLUS subscription, you can continue to use CL Premium or CL Premium PLUS until the subscription period expires.
