There are two possibilities if you are unable to cancel from the screen shown.
■ You are using the app
If "Renewal Management" is not displayed in the plan details screen, you may have opened the plan details screen inside the CL app.
Cancelling CL Premium and CL Premium PLUS is only available from the CL web page.

If the CL app is launched when following the CL web page URL, please try the following steps.
For iOS devices:
- Copy the URL and paste it into the search bar
- When you find the search result with the same URL as the searched URL, press and hold the search result's title
- Tap "Open in new tab" on the screen that appears
- Done
For Android devices:
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Tap Apps and Notifications
- Find and tap CL
- Tap "Open by default"
On the next screen, tap "Open supported links" - Select "Do not open with this app" to complete the configuration
■ You are logged in on a different account
It may be that you did not log in on the account on which you applied for the Premium plan.
Please check to make sure that you are indeed logged in on the account (email address and password) on which you applied for the Premium plan.
* Tap "My page", then tap "Plan details"
If the plan is not the plan that you expected, please try logging and and logging in again with the email address that you remember registering with.
