Check your spam folder
- Please check your spam folder for emails from CL.
Check your incoming mail permission settings
- Please register "support@mail.cl-live.com" as a permitted address.
- If you are using a mobile carrier's email address, please make sure that you are not rejecting emails from PC email addresses or specifying particular recipients.
- If the anti-fishing level is set to "High", you may not be able to receive the message. Please try lowering the level.
