There are two possibilities if you are unable to cancel from the screen shown.
■If the popup "Cannot cancel subscription" appears
The cancellation process is different depending on the payment method used.
Example: If you used iTunes Store (App Store) payment, you cannot cancel your subscription via the CL website or the Android app.
Please confirm the method of payment you are using, then complete the cancellation process on the Help page below.

■ You are logged in on a different account
It may be that you did not log in on the account on which you applied for the Premium plan.
Please check to make sure that you are indeed logged in on the account (email address and password) on which you applied for the Premium plan.
* Tap "My page", then tap "Plan details"
If the plan is not the plan that you expected, please try logging and and logging in again with the email address that you remember registering with.
